Nettwood Farm Camping & Glamping – Terms and Conditions

Welcome to Nettwood Farm!
We want every guest to have a relaxing, enjoyable and safe stay. Please take a few minutes to read our Terms & Conditions before booking. By making a booking or staying with us, you agree to these terms.
1. Bookings and Payments
- All bookings must be made by persons aged 18 or over.
- A deposit is required to confirm your booking.
- The remaining balance (if any) must be paid by the date stated in your booking confirmation.
- Nettwood Farm reserves the right to cancel bookings if payment is not received by the due date.
- Prices include VAT where applicable.
2. Cancellations and Refunds
- Cancellations made more than 28 days before arrival will receive a refund, minus deposit or an admin charge if no deposit was made.
- Cancellations made 14–28 days before arrival will receive a 50% refund.
- Cancellations made less than 14 days before arrival (or no-shows) are non-refundable.
- We recommend taking out travel insurance to cover unexpected cancellations.
- In the unlikely event Nettwood Farm needs to cancel your stay (e.g., due to safety or severe weather), you’ll be offered an alternative date or a full refund.
3. Arrival and Departure for Camping
Arrival from 1.30pm, departure by midday
Arrival and Departure for Glamping
- Check-in: from 3:00pm.
- Check-out: by 10:30am on the day of departure.
- Please notify us if you expect to arrive after 7:00pm.
- No check ins after 9pm (unless prior permission by the owner has been given)
4. During Your Stay
- Please respect other guests and keep noise to a minimum, especially between 10:00pm and 7:00am.
- Nettwood Farm is a family-friendly and peaceful site — loud music or disruptive behaviour is not permitted.
- Children must be supervised at all times, particularly near the woodland, play areas, and any water.
- Campfires are allowed only in designated fire pits.
- Guests must bring their own firewood — we no longer supply or sell wood on-site.
- Barbecues are welcome but must be off the ground and attended at all times.
- Please do not damage or remove plants, trees, or wildlife habitats.
- We want you to have a stress free stay and work hard to try to make your stay enjoyable. In the event of any problems/complaints please let us know during your visit and we will do our best to sort. We can’t help if we are not aware until after your visit.
5. Facilities and Site Rules
- Please keep toilet and shower blocks clean and tidy for the next user.
- Washing-up facilities, fridges, and freezers are for shared use — please be considerate of others.
- Waste and recycling bins are provided. Please separate recyclables (cardboard, cans, plastics, and glass) and use the designated bins.
- We reserve the right to charge for any damage, breakages, or excessive cleaning caused during your stay.
. Generators and amplified music are not allowed on-site.
6. Vehicles
- A 10 mph speed limit applies across the site.
- Vehicles must be parked in the designated areas and not driven unnecessarily around the fields.
- Electric vehicle charging is not permitted from accommodation or hook-up points. Please research local charging points before your visit.
7. Dogs and Pets
- Well behaved dogs are welcome but must be booked in advance.
- Dogs must be kept on a lead at all times and never left unattended.
- Please clean up after your dog — bins are provided.
- We reserve the right to ask guests to leave if their pet causes disturbance or poses a risk to others.
8. Glamping Units
- All glamping accommodation (e.g., Lodges, Pods, Safari Retreat, and Capsules) are non-smoking.
- Please do not use candles or naked flames inside the accommodation.
- A little care goes along way please look after our properties. Any damages or missing items will be charged at replacement cost.
- Check-out time for glamping is 10:30am, unless agreed otherwise.
- Check out on a Sunday is before midday
9. Liability
- Guests stay at Nettwood Farm entirely at their own risk.
- Nettwood Farm will not accept responsibility for any accidents, injuries, loss, or damage to personal property or vehicles.
- Please ensure your belongings are secure — valuables should not be left unattended.
10. Respect for the Farm and Environment
- Nettwood Farm is a working farm. Please do not enter livestock areas, machinery zones, or farm buildings.
- Always follow footpaths and respect boundaries.
- Help us protect the countryside by keeping litter to a minimum and respecting wildlife.
11. Breach of Terms
Failure to comply with these Terms & Conditions may result in you being asked to leave the site without refund.
